Make sure you read a training module and watch all the videos in it carefully before you complete the end of unit assessment quiz. You will only have one opportunity to redo the training units in the app, so if you make a mistake let your advisor know which question you made a mistake on, then continue on with the rest of the training.

Once the training units are all complete your advisor will reset the units that you have not scored 75% on. In the unfortunate event that you do not meet the pass bar (75%) when you complete the resets, your learning will be moderated and it is likely that you will not be able to continue on your journey with us. Therefore, please do take your time to revisit all the learning, and please book a call with your advisor if you have any questions before submitting the resets.
