This article will be for the Help Centre and will outline our policy surrounding the rewards we provide.

At tiney we just love giving our trainees, and registered childminders, rewards and incentives to celebrate their successes of completing their training, becoming a registered childminder and securing their first family 💪

What are the rewards?

  • Learning reward - for everyone who successfully completes training within 6 weeks of signing their offer commitments - Goodies worth £100 to help furnish your home nursery!

  • Referral reward - anyone who refers someone to tiney will receive a £300 reward. The referee will have their joining fee reduced to £100.

    • The £300 is given in 3 stages:

      • £50 when your referee signs their offer commitment

      • £100 when your referee successfully completes their registration

      • £150 when your referee has their first invoice paid.

    • Your referee will also get £200 in discounts and rewards:

      • 50% joining fee discount (that's £100 off our normal £200 fee)

      • £100 when they register

Terms and Conditions of receiving the above

For the Learning Reward:

  • You must pass your theory call within 6 weeks of signing your offer commitments.

For the Referral Reward:

  • There is no limit on how many people you can refer.

  • The referral cannot be claimed if the person has already started training.

  • The claim must be logged through the app, or you can ask your advisor to log it.

  • When in a joint setting your joining fee will be reduced to £100 per person. You are not eligible for the referral reward if you are in a joint setting. You can still continue to claim £300 for each person you refer in the future.

For the learning reward above if working in a joint setting

If you are registering alongside another tiney childminder, and will therefore be operating in the same setting, you can only claim the rewards as 1 setting, rather than per person.

For example:

If you were to meet the learning reward requirements above, as a pair, or a triplet, you can claim the £100 worth of goodies, if and when you qualify for the reward.
