If you’ve missed a webinar that you were hoping to attend, or want to re-watch to refresh your knowledge and further your CPD, then here's how to find them quickly.
If you're a registered tiney childminder, follow the steps below:
Head to the Learning section of your app by clicking on the learning icon on the bottom navigation bar.
On the CPD tab, scroll down past the ‘new’ courses, and you will find the Recordings.
You can click on Recordings, or scroll through the most recent recordings and select Show all to view a list of all available webinar recordings.
You can also use the search function by clicking on the search icon in the top right of your screen on the CPD tab.
You can access the recordings on the web version by logging into your tiney account here. You can scroll down on the courses page, or alternatively you can search for any webinar recording if you already know exactly what you’re looking for!
If you're a tiney trainee, follow the steps below:
Head to the Training section of your app by clicking on the training icon on the bottom navigation bar.
On the courses tab, scroll down past the training courses, and you will find the Recordings section.
You can click on Recordings, or scroll through the most recent recordings and select Show all to view a list of all available webinar recordings.
You can access the recordings on the web version by logging into your tiney account here. You can scroll down on the courses page, or alternatively you can search for any webinar recording if you already know exactly what you’re looking for!
New webinar recordings are usually uploaded a few days after the live session.
You can rewatch recordings as many times as you like.
Not all webinars are recorded. Sessions with children present will not be recorded and therefore there are no recordings available for these sessions. If you’re unsure if a webinar has been recorded or not or are struggling to find it in the app, please reach out to us via the app chat and we can take a look for you.
