You can export your tax records straight from the tiney app and have them sent to you by email, so you can open them on any device you need.
Find the export screen
Open the Wallet page.
Tap the settings cog in the top right corner.
Under Taxes, tap Tax records.
Choose what to export
On the Export your tax records screen you choose two things: the tax year, and the period within that year.
Tap Tax year and pick the year you need. The tax year runs from 6 April to 5 April of the following year. You can go back to earlier years as well as the current one.
Tap Period and choose what you want:
Full year for a complete record of the whole tax year.
Quarter 1 (Apr to Jun), Quarter 2 (Jul to Sep), Quarter 3 (Oct to Dec) or Quarter 4 (Jan to Mar) if you want a single quarter, for example to submit under Making Tax Digital.
Then, tap Export report.
Get your download
Once you tap Export report you'll see a Success message. We'll email you shortly with a link to download your tax records.
The link arrives by email rather than downloading in the app, so you can open it on whichever device suits you, like a laptop when you're doing your bookkeeping.
ℹ️ If the email hasn't arrived after a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
