Charges are fees from tiney that appear in your Wallet. This section shows any charges from tiney. If you get paid outside your tiney Wallet – for example, directly from your local authority – we’ll add your tiney membership fee here. You might also spot other fees, like your joining fee or a local authority fee if that applies.

Understanding your charges

When you open your list of charges, you’ll see each item clearly laid out.

Each charge shows:

  • The child’s name (if it relates to a specific child in your care)

  • The due date

  • The amount you owe

If anything is overdue, it’ll be shown in red.

What are AutoPay charges?

Sometimes, we may deduct a charge automatically from your Wallet - for example, if you've agreed to refund a guardian for an item on an invoice. When this happens, the charge will be paid from your Wallet when money next comes in. If your balance doesn't fully cover it, we'll use what's available and the rest will stay on your list to be paid later.
