How to pay charges in your tiney wallet

Step by step guidance on how to make a payment

  1. From your charges list, tap "Continue to payment".

    ​You’ll then see your payment options.

    You can:

    Pay all: To clear everything in one go

    Pay some: To pick which charges you'd like to pay now

  2. Select the charges (if paying some)

    Choose which charges you’d like to pay by ticking them. You’ll see your total update as you go. Easy!

  3. Choose how you’d like to pay

    You can pay by:

    1. Wallet balance - if you already have funds in your Wallet

    2. Bank transfer - using your bank’s app or website

    3. Card - using your debit or credit card

  4. Confirm your payment

    Before anything goes through, we’ll show you a summary.

    You’ll see:

    1. How much you’re paying

    2. Where the money’s coming from

    3. What your Wallet balance will be afterwards

  5. Tap "Confirm payment" to go ahead

    Then you’re all set! Once your payment goes through, you’ll see a success message.

Paying by manual bank transfer

If you’d prefer to pay by bank transfer, here’s what you’ll need:

  • Account name: Tiney Limited

  • Account number: 06799671

  • Sort code: 04-00-85

  • Reference: Your unique reference (this is shown in the app)

Top tip: Always include your reference exactly as it appears - it helps us match the payment to your account.

Bank transfers usually arrive quickly but can take 1-2 business days.

If you don’t pay the full amount, we’ll use your payment to clear the oldest charges first.

Looking back at your payments

You can see all the charges you’ve already paid in your history.

Payments are grouped by year so it’s easy to look back. Each paid item will show a green “Paid” label.
