You can update your linked bank account any time - it’s quick and secure.
Open withdrawal settings
Tap the cog icon in the top right of your Wallet screen, then select “Withdrawal settings.”
View your current account
Here you'll see:
Your linked bank account
A Change option
A toggle to turn automatic payouts on or off
Verify your identifty
To protect your account, we’ll ask you to:
Enter your tiney password
Tap “Request code” to get a 6-digit SMS code
Enter the verification code
Once you get the code, enter it to continue. Didn’t get one? Tap “Resend”.
Enter your new bank details
Fill in your:
Account type – Personal or Business
Sort code and account number
Name on account – exactly as shown by your bank
Date of birth
Tap Next when you’re ready.
Bank check
We’ll do a quick Confirmation of Payee check to make sure your new account details match what your bank has on file.
You might see:
✅ Everything matches - you’re all set!
⚠️ A small mismatch - double-check for typos
❌ No match - make sure your details are right
If you're unsure, go back and check before continuing.
Success!
That’s it - your new bank details are saved, and future withdrawals will go there.
