Your rewards are split into two tiers based on how long you’ve been with tiney:
Registration Rewards
Available as soon as you register. These include discounts on everyday essentials, learning tools, fun days out and more.
1 Year Rewards
Unlocked after 12 months of trading with tiney. These are premium rewards to support your wellbeing – because looking after children means looking after yourself too.
Checking your Reward Tier
Wondering what you’ve unlocked or when your next rewards become available? Just tap “Learn more” at the bottom of the Rewards screen.
This will show you:
What rewards you already have access to
When your 1 Year rewards will unlock (based on the date of your first invoice)
Unlocking your 1 Year Rewards
Once you hit the 12-month mark, you’ll see a celebration message in your app.
Tap “View rewards” to explore everything you've unlocked.
Your new rewards will now be fully unlocked and ready to use whenever you need them.
