From your Wallet home screen, tap "View expenses" to see your expense tracker.
You'll see two options:
Option 1: Scan with AI
Choose "Scan with AI" to let our AI read your receipt and fill in the details automatically.
Choose Camera to take a photo, or Photo library to use an existing image
Wait while the AI processes your receipt
Review the results – the AI will extract the total and other details
You can choose to:
Full receipt – expense the entire amount
Select individual items – pick specific items from the receipt
Review and edit any details before submitting
Tip: AI scanning works best with clear, well-lit photos of receipts. You can always make corrections if something isn't quite right.
Option 2: Manual Entry
Choose "Manual entry" to fill in all the details yourself. Fill in:
Field | What to enter |
Amount | The cost (e.g., £20.00) |
Expense name | A description (e.g., "Nappies") |
Date | When you made the purchase |
Category | What type of expense it is |
Receipt | Photo of your receipt (required for expenses over £10) |
Notes | Any extra details for your records (optional) |
Tap Submit when you're done.
