Your care schedule helps us know when each child is expected at your setting. We use this to tell you which children are due in each day and to create your invoices.

How is a care schedule set?

Care schedules are set as part of the contract you agree with each family. When a new child enrols, you'll discuss and confirm:

  • Which days they'll attend

  • The start and end times for each day

  • Whether they pay any additional fees (e.g. to pay for meals, or a school drop off)

Once agreed, this becomes the child's regular care schedule and is saved in their contract.

How can I view a child's schedule for a specific day?

You can check what's scheduled for any upcoming day:

  1. Tap the register card on your Home screen

  2. Use the calendar to navigate to the future date you want to check

  3. Tap on the child's name

You'll see a breakdown of what's scheduled for that day, including:

  • Session times and hourly rate

  • Any fees (such as drop-off or pick-up fees)

  • Consumables (snacks, meals)

  • The total expected charge for that day

This is helpful for checking what a family will be charged, or for planning your week.

How do I change a child's care schedule?

If a guardian asks to change their regular care schedule – whether that's adding days, reducing hours, or changing times – you'll need to agree this together.

Once you've agreed the new schedule, send us a message and we can make the update for you. This will automatically update future invoices.

How do I make a one off change to scheduled care?

If a parent needs a one-off change (like swapping a day or adding extra hours for one week), send us a message and we can adjust the schedule for that today. You'll see this updated in the app, and it'll be reflected in the invoice once that is generated.
