Follow our step-by-step guide and you will be logging on and completing your Discovery Week in no time! There is also a video you can watch that will walk you through the same process.
The app will only work on a phone or tablet device, it will not work on your computer
Head to your emails and find the email from one of our tiney advisors called 'Welcome to Discovery Week'. If you can't see it there immediately it is worth checking your junk/spam box or just searching for the words above.
There will be a link to download the tiney app in the email. Click where is says 'download the app here.'
You will be taken to your app store and will need to download the app. It's free so no worries there!
Once the app is downloaded HEAD BACK TO YOUR EMAILS - avoid the temptation to log in there and then.
Find the email from hello@tiney.co called 'Create your tiney account'. Again, it's worth checking your junk/spam box if you can't see it straight away, or you can search your inbox using either the sending address or title.
Click the pink box 'Create Account' and set a password. You will be asked to type in a new password twice, so use a password you can remember.
Now go back to the app. Enter your email address and the password you just set and away you go!
