When you can’t edit an invoice

Some invoices can't be changed in the app.

You’ll see a “Request changes” link instead of “Edit invoice” if:

  • It’s already been sent to a parent

  • It includes multiple children

  • It’s a TFC, Voucher, or Funded invoice

  • It covers a flexible or ad-hoc contract

  • It’s linked to Student Finance

  • It’s been created or edited by the tiney team

  • It includes care on a bank holiday

Tap “Request changes” and the tiney team will help you to make any updates.
