You can make one-off changes to most draft invoices directly in the app – including:
What you can do:
Add or remove care sessions
Change session times or rates
Add or remove fees (like meals or drop-offs)
Change the due date
When you’ll need our help
Some invoices can’t be edited in the app. You’ll see a “Request changes” link instead of “Edit invoice” if:
The invoice has already been sent
It includes multiple children
It’s for TFC, Childcare Vouchers or Fully Funded care
It’s for flexible, ad-hoc, or Student Finance contracts
It’s been created or edited by the tiney team
It includes bank holiday care
Just tap “Request changes” and the tiney team will help make the update for you.
