If you have overdue Wallet charges that couldn't be paid on their original due date, the Overdue Instalment Plan lets you spread the cost over a series of agreed payments rather than paying everything at once.
How it works
The tiney team will work with you to agree an instalment plan. The terms are based on three things:
The total amount you owe
Your payment history
Your affordability — particularly if you're experiencing financial difficulty
Once agreed, you'll have a set number of instalments with a fixed amount per instalment — paid either monthly or weekly, depending on what's been agreed.
Minimum instalment amount: £100
Maximum plan length: 12 months
How payments are collected
Instalment payments are collected automatically on the agreed dates. On each payment date, tiney will attempt to collect from your tiney Wallet first. If your Wallet doesn't have enough funds, the payment will be taken from your backup payment method (a debit or credit card).
The Overdue Instalment Plan is only available if you opt in to give your consent for tiney to collect payments automatically on the agreed dates and you provide a backup payment method (a debit or credit card). Without this, we're unable to set up a plan.
