We know tech hiccups can be frustrating, especially when you're juggling a million other things. If you're having issues with the tiney app, follow these steps to get support quickly:

1. Check our Status page

Before you get in touch, it’s worth checking status.tiney.co to see if there’s a known issue. This will let you know if we’re experiencing a problem, and you can subscribe to updates so you’re the first to know when it’s resolved.

2. Try using web.tiney.co

Sometimes, issues with the app can be avoided by logging into web.tiney.co instead - especially for things like:

  • Signing a contract

  • Viewing and downloading invoices

  • Accessing training and CPD content

The web version works on both phones and computers, and often lets you carry on as normal while we investigate the issue in the app.

3. Reach out to us

If none of the above helps, just send us a message through your app or web.tiney.co chat. We’ll do our best to get you up and running as soon as possible!

The more info you can share when reporting an issue, the faster we can help. Here’s what makes a big difference:

  • A clear summary of the problem (e.g. "I can’t upload photos to a child’s profile - it just spins.")

  • Screenshots or screen recordings if possible

  • If it’s about a specific family, their name and their child’s name

Don’t worry about getting it perfect - just share what you can and we’ll do the rest.

Please note: If a family you work with is having trouble with their side of the app, it's really helpful if we can hear from them directly, so we can work with them to investigate and get things sorted quickly. They can contact us through their app or at web.tiney.co. You’re always welcome to message us first to flag an issue, but we might ask if we can reach out to the guardian directly.

Thanks for working with us - we appreciate your patience šŸ’œ
