Before you get in touch, itās worth checking status.tiney.co to see if thereās a known issue. This will let you know if weāre experiencing a problem, and you can subscribe to updates so youāre the first to know when itās resolved.
2. Try using web.tiney.co
Sometimes, issues with the app can be avoided by logging into web.tiney.co instead - especially for things like:
Signing a contract
Viewing and downloading invoices
Accessing training and CPD content
The web version works on both phones and computers, and often lets you carry on as normal while we investigate the issue in the app.
3. Reach out to us
If none of the above helps, just send us a message through your app or web.tiney.co chat. Weāll do our best to get you up and running as soon as possible!
The more info you can share when reporting an issue, the faster we can help. Hereās what makes a big difference:
A clear summary of the problem (e.g. "I canāt upload photos to a childās profile - it just spins.")
Screenshots or screen recordings if possible
If itās about a specific family, their name and their childās name
Donāt worry about getting it perfect - just share what you can and weāll do the rest.
Please note: If a family you work with is having trouble with their side of the app, it's really helpful if we can hear from them directly, so we can work with them to investigate and get things sorted quickly.
