Each invoice shows its current status so you always know where things stand.
Status | What it means |
Review | Draft invoice – needs checking and sending |
Overdue | Payment is late |
Partly paid | Parent has paid some, but not all |
Paid | Fully paid |
If there is no status next to an invoice, then the invoice has been sent to the guardian and is awaiting payment.
